I work as a video producer in the esports industry. WoW is kind of my way of getting away from all of that. Outside of that I wouldn't say I have any other interesting hobbies. I enjoy travelling, eating good food, watching series/films once in a while.

What strengths do you feel your class currently brings to the raid?:
Very good utility (grips, mass grips, AMZ)
Strong immunity for some unique situations (AMS on Nerzhul shatters or Sylv tank buster)
Knockback Immunity with Death's Advance
Generally pretty good self sustain if played optimally
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
I have played Unholy on Sylvanas progress. It's a bit rusty and I need to practice it again but I'm not uncomfortable with playing it. Outside of DK I have a geared DH and Paladin.

Describe your previous/current raiding experiences / guilds. including reasons for leaving them:
This is my first tier playing from start to finish and I'm 10/10 M SOD. Didn't really play before that. Played with some friends from Nameless-TarrenMill in an alt run and was 7/10M but that was from 2 nights total. Before that I played in Uldir and was 6/8M on Epoch-ArgentDawn but stopped my trial and stopped playing to move countries for a job

Started the tier in Ragnaros, guild disbanded on Soulrender prog. Joined Martyrdom but there was another tank trial they got in in the reset I was on vacation. Didn't get to raid there aside from 5/10 clear and first day of prog of KT, so left and joined my last guild where I played unholy filling for them as they were missing 20 raiders on sylvanas progress. After sylvanas died (wasn't in on the kill) I started my trial as tank which I passed. Unfortunately, recently I was told I wouldn't be tanking for them (presumably because their old tank is back). I was offered a DPS spot but didn't want to take it (at least not in that guild).
I'm looking for a guild that progresses at a good pace while not putting in crazy hours and you fit into that description.

What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
Good rank and I can play during these hours. I don't know much outside of that aside from a friend knowing some people that raid here.
Do you play much outside of raiding?
Generally speaking I'd say yes. I used to play more when pushing m+, now I take it easier but at the start of each tier I'm active in gearing my character
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
I'm a generally easy going person and I'm someone who usually takes initiative in doing things if that means the whole raid progresses better. I know I'm coming in from a lower rank so I totally understand if you decline my application. Thank you for your time!
