What strengths do you feel your class currently brings to the raid?
Strong throughput healing throughout any encounter, paired with high mobility and survivability
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
I have played every role in a raid environment at a WR between 100-500, except melee dps, but generally gravitate towards healer/ranged dps roles, the most raiding experience I have between roles would be with resto druid/boomkin, BDK and BM Hunter

Describe your previous/current raiding experiences / guilds. including reasons for leaving them:
Been playing since TBC, but due to school/moving/RL etc didn't start properly raiding until BFA
Joined <STORIES> [https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/stormscale/STORIES] very late into Uldir and raided with them as the MT, eventually becoming an officer late BOD, keeping Warrior/Monk/BDK raid-ready throughout all tiers and swapping between them as required, very strong core of players and would have stayed with the guild the entirety of the xpac and into SL but disbanded on N'Zoth progress.
Uldir - WR 1107
BoD - WR 394
CoS - Made decision to skip tier
TEP - WR 210
NYA - On track for famed but disbanded 100 pulls into N'zoth due to roster issues/hunter drama (multiple sub-100WR kills and a 106 Raden)
Most recent SL Guild was <Somnia> [https://www.wowprogress.com/guild/eu/tarren-mill/Somnia] finished out the tier with them, and stepping down after Jailer kill due to the largest skill/effort disparity between players I've ever seen in a guild, worth noting is that 5-6 players also left afterwards (including the RL)
Have been looking for a new solid guild in SL where I can build as a player, getting CE every tier with multiple guilds, and either leaving after the tier is over due to disband, or moving on because of a lack of cohesiveness between the players and the officer team
