What strengths do you feel your class currently brings to the raid?
At this moment elem has a shallow damage profile. We don't have much instant burst. Some talent builds will generate more burst; but come with a reduced overall damage output.
The best talent builds contain increased rng. The more stable damage output talent builds are for the moment a small dps loss, but could become the go to builds when we can stack a decent amount of mastery.
And as Shaman we bring added utility. Healing stream, mana spring if needed, ancestral guidance, and a whole bunch of totem utilities.
How comfortable are you playing your offspecs?
Not. Healing and melee are totally different play styles.

Raiding History:
Describe your previous/current raiding experiences / guilds. including reasons for leaving them:
I started raiding in 2008 i think. (not 100% sure dough). Mainly had 2 guilds i called my home. Fallen Heroes and Conviction. Both guilds decided to quit raiding. I mainly raided during WoLK, Cata, Pndaria, bit during Draenor.

Can you meet our raid schedule of Wed/Thur/Mon 21:00 to 00:00 server time with at least 90% attendance?
On thurstday i have ceramics lesson until 21:30 so i'll log at 22:00.
Don't mind being benched on fights that don't suit elemental.
Outside progression i don't mind sitting out raids from time to time
What encouraged you to apply to Curse of Years?
On Arathor? Horde? Progress? Raiding? What's not to like? ;-)
Do you play much outside of raiding?
Not really. Wow is my main game.
Is there anything else you'd like to add to your application?
I could use some help to be quickly set up. (crafted gear, enchants, gems, setting up teamspeak ....)
I know it's all about the progress. But having a good time while doing it, would be a nice bonus! :)
